How to Request a Presentation ?
The presentation is an overview of ICA and what we do for the community. We discuss in detail of our process in order to become a trained chaplain in our organization. There has to be a minimum of 15 or more that are interested to join in your location.
Below is the process of requesting a presentation for your local church or organization.
Please fill out the form below and the provide the following information in the message box.
Please provide the address of the location.
Provide a date and time of your availability.
Please provide an approximated number of people that will be attending the event.
Also please provide the point of contact for the event, so our presenter can coordinate with the person and any other questions the presenter may have .
Provide a brief summary on, “why is your group interested in meeting with ICA?”
